Breast Feeding

Breast feeding is by far the best source of complete nutrition and natural immunity specifically designed by you, for your child.  The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) has some great resources for understanding the benefits of breastfeeding, difficulties with breastfeeding, cost benefits, and even breastfeeding multiples.

Le Leche Leagues (LLL)
La Leche League provides information and support to women interested in breastfeeding.  

La Leche League (pronounced la LAY-chay), or LLL, is an organization founded in 1956 by seven women who wanted to make breastfeeding easier and more rewarding for both mother and child. The organization offers information and encouragement–primarily through personal help–to those women who want to breastfeed their babies.
